SEW FAST SEW EASY CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to Sew Fast Sew Easy. Sew Fast Sew Easy and its affiliates provide
their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit
or shop at Sew Fast Sew Easy, you accept these conditions. Please read
carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Sew Fast Sew
Easy service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Sew
Fast Sew Easy, whether or not included in the Sew Fast Sew Easy Web sit,
you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to
such service or business.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Please note that all charges for classes (in store and online)
are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you press the "PLACE ORDER" button
on the CHECK OUT page you agree to the following SFSE terms and conditions
for class registration (these terms will show up in a pop-up window for
your review before your order transmits to SFSE):
(1) For any cancellations, there is $25 automatic cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, you must do so 7 days before the start of your class. Otherwise, you loose the entire amount you paid.
(2) I am entitled to NO TRANSFERS or MAKEUP CLASSES. There is a 100% charge for NO SHOW. If a student misses a class, payment cannot be forwarded to another date. Students who wish, may re-register and pay the full amount of the class.
(3) If a balance is due for any class, it must be paid before start date. Otherwise, you will loose the deposit paid. You can pay your balance online at http://www.sewfastseweasy.com/classeswelcome.php or in person.
(4) If you call our store with questions, you agree to pay $10 per issue which will be charged to your credit card on file.
IMPORTANT NOTICE For Intermediate Sewing students ONLY:
You are required to have custom measuring at the store at least 7 days before
the class.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Once you are measured, there are no cancellations.
CLASS POLICIES
Please try to be on time. The class lecture begins promptly.
If you come late we will not go back over the information you missed.
Turn off your cell phone and MP3 Player/IPODs. Do not disrupt the class. If you must talk go out into the hallway and do it. No filming, picture taking, note taking or text paging on any cell phones, blackberrys, or other devices in classes.
Under no circumstances: there are no make-ups nor can we move you to another class or catch you up during class time. This is not fair to the students who are attending your class or to the teacher. You are given a workbook which is easy to follow in order to make up any class. It has been proven to be successful for students in this situation.
IF YOU LEAVE IT YOU LOSE IT
At the end of each class check to make sure you have all your belongings. There is no lost and found. Consider it lost until the next class where you might find what you left behind if you labeled it.
We are not responsible for anything you leave, sweaters, umbrellas, bags, glasses and sewing supplies (notions) etc.
Do not call us in between classes. If you have a question you can always refer to your workbook. Sewing is not life or death and you’re not being graded.
While taking any classes, if you come in a 1/2 hour early to sew we cannot help you. You must thread a machine and work by yourself. Refer to the intro to a sewing machine notes.
Do not place beverages near any sewing machines. No food on the cutting table.
No Dogs or other pets are allowed. Also, we have no provisions for children other than those registered for a class.
If someone is picking you up, they must wait outside in the hallway or there's a Starbucks on the corner of 7th and 8th aves.
*****Sewing is a creative experience and fun however you can't just click and have a skirt magically appear. We cannot give you the information in a pill like Prozac nor can we mainline the information to you. It takes practice. It's just like going on point in ballet, playing an instrument or like being really excellent at illustrator. The more you strive the better you will get at it. So relax and enjoy!
Sew Fast Sew Easy reserves the right to remove any students for disorderly conduct or noncompliance with our policies.

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment
in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted
by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined
to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement,
whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
