You will need to purchase these items before class. We have some of these items in stock. If you need to purchase them, come a little early.

  • 1 skin lambskin only. Leather is sold by the square foot. For this bag you need
    7 sq. ft. which means the skin will be 3 ft. wide x 4 ft. long
    Please check our suggestions for leather sources - make sure there are no holes or thin spots
  • ½ yard of lining fabric (45" or 60")
  • 100% polyester thread for leather sold at Sew Fast Sew Easy (in stock)
  • Glue stick
  • Rotary cutter (in stock)
  • Cutting mat (in stock)
  • Clear ruler (18” x 2”) (in stock)
  • Leather sewing machine needles in either size 18 or 20 (Schmetz makes a good one; students can also substitute denim needles of the same size.) (in stock)
  • ½ yd. of heavy fusible interfacing (in stock)
  • Teflon, roller or walking foot (in stock)
  • Snap or 1 yard of ribbon for a closure (in stock)

Sew Fast, Sew Easy is located at 147 West 35th Street, Suite 807, between 7th and Broadway. Take the N, R, Q, W, B, D, F, V, A, C, E, 1, 2, or 3 trains to the 34th Street stop. We are on the 8th Floor.

As a reminder we have included a copy of the contract you signed at the time of registration.
(1) If I cancel within 7 days of the start of my class, I FORFEIT my money.
(2) If I should miss a class, I am entitled to NO REFUND under any circumstance. There are no make-up classes. I may not forward my money to a new date.
