Upon finishing our Stitch and Bitch University class you will leave with an intermediate knowldege of sewing. We strongly recommend this class.

This 16-week intensive course covers professional techniques used in the construction of designer’s first samples for clothing or home décor. Once you complete this course, you will know the basics of cutting, using patterns plus important sewing techniques to execute your sewing ideas. After this class, you will be comfortable altering clothes, doing your own fittings, making some of your own designs, using commercial patterns, ready for design school.

You start with learning how to sew on any sewing machine, sew an elastic waist skirt, a tote bag, then learn to sew a stretch knit T-shirt, a pillow with decorative trim and an invisible zipper, as well as your own custom fit skirt. Plus you get our well-known book and patterns “Sew Fast Sew Easy: All You Need to Know When You Start to Sew.” It is all included in the price as well as a certificate of completion. All for $1005.
